Cooking potatoes in the Air Fryer is so convenient. Less hassle, you don't have to deal with oil popping everywhere and the clean up is simple as well.
Ingredients needed to make the potatoes:
- Russet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Seasoned salt
- Garlic salt
- Onion powder
- Black pepper
Steps to make this recipe:
- Peel, cut, and dice your potatoes into your desired size. Place the potatoes in cool water as you're cutting them to prevent them from turning brown.
- Once the potatoes are cut, thoroughly rinse them and drain the excess water.
- Then, pre-heat your Air Fryer to 390 degrees.
- While the Air Fryer is pre-heating coat and toss the potatoes in the olive oil.
5. Once they are well coated, blend the seasonings together and season the potatoes.
6. Next, place the potatoes in your preheated Air Fryer making sure to spread them evenly for space. Cook the potatoes in batches according to how much your fryer will hold.
7. Cook the potatoes for approximately 15 minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy!
These potatoes are best fresh, but you can also prepare them in batches and store them in the refrigerator for about two days.
After a couple of days the potatoes start to lose their zapp.
