  • Cut your desired slice of pound cake.
  • Add the butter to a large nonstick skillet and melt over medium heat. Heat the butter until it begins to sizzle.
  • Fry your pound cake for 30 seconds (or until golden brown) on each side. Make sure the pan is coated with butter before frying each side.
  • Remove the slices from the pan and serve warm. Repeat the steps if frying additional slices.
