Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Chicken Alfredo made with a rich creamy sauce tossed in fettuccine noodles topped with tender chicken breasts and parsley.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 c (whole) milk
  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 4 tbsps fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsps unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 c shredded parmesan cheese
  • fettuccine noodles

Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts with creole seasoning and onion powder.
  • Add olive oil to a pan and heat to medium heat.
  • Cook the chicken breasts on each side until brown, approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and sit to the side.
  • In a pan, heat to medium heat. Then add milk, cream and butter mixing together.
  • Add the parmesan cheese and mix together until creamy.
  • Add the fettuccine noodles to the sauce and mix together.
  • Chop the parsley and add it to the pan, stirring it into the sauce.
  • Cut the chicken as desired and return it to the pan mixing it into the sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy!
