Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
Chicken Alfredo made with a rich creamy sauce tossed in fettuccine noodles topped with tender chicken breasts and parsley.

- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 c (whole) milk
- 1 c heavy cream
- 4 tbsps fresh parsley
- 2 tbsps unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 c shredded parmesan cheese
- fettuccine noodles
Season chicken breasts with creole seasoning and onion powder.
Add olive oil to a pan and heat to medium heat.
Cook the chicken breasts on each side until brown, approximately 10-15 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and sit to the side.
In a pan, heat to medium heat. Then add milk, cream and butter mixing together.
Add the parmesan cheese and mix together until creamy.
Add the fettuccine noodles to the sauce and mix together.
Chop the parsley and add it to the pan, stirring it into the sauce.
Cut the chicken as desired and return it to the pan mixing it into the sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
