Pour oil in a pan and heat to medium heat.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix using your fingers.
Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into the size of a meatball.
Then pat into a flat patty.
Then lay the patty into a hot pan of oil and fry on each side for approximately two minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer to a paper towel covered dish and drain the excess oil.
